Ikigai– is a Japanese concept that translates to our "reason for being".
One fine summer afternoon, on the banks of river ganga in Rishikesh, while reading the book Ikigai by Hector Garcia & Francesc Miralles, I knew I had found my Ikigai. And so, with a huge leap of faith and passion, I entered the world of baking and bid adieu to my corporate life of two decades!
At Ikigai, my sole mission is to create flavors that are bound to invoke a sense of nostalgia and satisfy your sweet tooth & all sorts of crazy mid-night cravings.
Every single dessert is not only hand crafted with premium ingredients but are also made without the use of any eggs or preservatives to make sure you are served the best and the freshest desserts – every . single . time!
