Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, all sales are generally final. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately within 24 hours of delivery at ikigaithebakehouse@gmail.com with photographic proof, and we will evaluate the issue for a replacement or refund.
