Returns/Refunds
At Ikigai The Bakehouse, each dessert is handcrafted with care. Because our products are made fresh to order, we follow a strict refund and cancellation policy to maintain quality and consistency.
Refunds are only issued in the case of:
- Incorrect product delivered.
- Damaged item received (must be reported within 15 mins of delivery with photo proof).
- Order not delivered due to a technical fault at our end.
- Taste preferences and personal dislikes do not qualify for refunds, as all items are made fresh and according to standard recipes.

- Refunds will be credited within 5–7 business days to your original method of payment.
- We don’t offer any return/replacement/exchange.
